Multiple indexes Word

Hi,
I marked many words in a document to have an index about places. Now I want
to do another index for names. I know I have to mark using \f"names", but I
cannot find a command to make the selection for all names. When I did the
previous marks, I always clicked on "mark all". Is that possible with this
second index?I have too names in a document of 400 pages, it would be too
long to write for each name the tag!

I don't see a built-in way to create many \f XE fields through a menu
(Word 2007 here). However, when you display non-printing characters, you
can find/replace fields/their contents easily. That way, if you want to
add \f"something" to all XE fields with a specific argument, that is
possible.
