multiple ie window problem

i don't know what happened but now my ie won't open
several ie windows... it would only open 1 window and
when i tried opening another, it would close the first
one. i tried to restore the settings to default on the
internet options>advanced... any other solutions?
 
Yes, download SlimBrowser from Download.com The browser
is IE based and has more features than IE. You do not have
to worry about opening multiple windows as the websites
are tabbed. Install the browser while offline.
