I am setting up a new pc with Vista. I have 4 pop email accounts but I want
to keep each one seperate so there is not just 1 big inbox. This was easy
with OE , but how do I do it with Windows Mail ????

Either with different Windows Users or with WMIDs from

You can also use message rules to shunt the messages to individual folders.

Regarding using message rules for seperate email accounts, I have done that.
However, it appears that if an email is sent to multiple persons, the email
still goes to the inbox and not the specific folder I set up. Any
suggestions?

Thanks,
Steve R.

That probably happens because your rule is filtering on the 'To'
instead of on the account. Incoming messages that are BCC-addressed
can not be filtered with a 'To' rule. Your rules should look something like this:

1. Where the message is from the 'Home' account
move it to the 'Home_inbox' folder
and stop processing more rules.

2. Where the message is from the 'Business' account
move it to the 'Business_inbox' folder
and stop processing more rules.

Hope this helps.
