i currently have a problem with multiple mailboxes on our exchange server. Each user has their own personal mail box (default) and another additional mailbox. The additional mailbox accepts emails from customers and all members of customer service can see this inbox as well as their personal.
The problem is that when the user replys to a customer from the additional mail box the reply goes to the sent items of their personal mailbox. Is there any way that i can direct the mail to a certain path.
