Multiple Exchange Account's Inboxes Open Simultaneously

I know how to open multiple mailboxes in Outlook. That is easy. But once
you have the multiple mailboxes open the view of information is clugy at
best. I have a need to have a couple users have their own email file open
as well as up to 14 customer service email files? The problem is that you
have to expand each of the additional mailboxes to see if the inbox has
anything in it. That is a lot of extra work when you are talking about 14
customer service mailboxes. Is it possible to remove everything from the
customer service mailboxes except the Inbox and Sent Items? If so, how?
Also is it possible to just have a list of Inbox's with a description for
which mailbox they are for? This is probably not possible, but it is worth
asking. Am I the only person to ever need something like this?

Background information: Currently the customer service emails are hosted
and accessed via POP3. I have an internet email account setup in the mail
applet in control panel for each POP3 customer service email account. There
are rules setup on the mailbox that have different emails go into different
folders in her personal mailbox. For instance, an email to (e-mail address removed)
gets automatically put into the CS1 - Invoice Questions folder in her Inbox.
This works, but we do not like having all emails live on the person's
machine. Thus the installation of the Exchange Server.

Thanks for all replies,
Robbie

use the "outlook bar", view/ outlook bar, the right click the folders you
want to see, and Add to Outlook bar.
