Multiple Exchange 2003 accounts into Outlook 2003?

Hi,

I need to get mail into Outlook2003 from 2 Exchange email accounts.
One account has been running for a while and is fine.
I tried adding a 2nd exchange account but it's not working.
I went to Tools/Services/Advanced tab/added the account.
It didn't ask me for a password or any validation.
Outlook shows a new mail account entry with the right name but when I click
to open it it says it can't display that folder.
Some research turned up a 'Delegate' access that you need to set up in
Exchange first. But my admin people don't seem to know anything about it.

Any help here?

Really, this should be a no-brainer.

MS should junk Outlook, have "K.I.S.S." tattooed on the development VP's
forehead, and start from scratch.

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot have two Exchange accounts in the
same mail profile. Create a second mail profile to access the second
Exchange account.
