one email comes repeatedly on one inbox from the same user. Oulook 2003/2007
anti virus scan laoded is Mcafee.

please help, this has resulted in the whole company getting hundreds of
emails from same users internally.

Are you saying that one account is constantly resending the same message?
Have you asked the person to delete the message from his or her Outbox?
