Multiple email addresses, one Outlook

We have three seperate email accounts, using our cable modem. I've
configured Outlook to act as our portal for email access.
When sending email, the message is only sent from one of the accounts.
May we designate which email address/account is sending the email?

There should be an Accounts button just to the right of the Send button on
the Compose window's toolbar.
