multiple email addresses into the same inbox

I blew it... when I first set up this was working fine,
two email addresses that came into my common primary
inbox.

but they were POP and I wanted to change to IMAP... so I
deleted them and then added 'new' accounts... now... I
have three inboxes... help!

IMAP will always add its own inbox(es).

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, celia asked:
