Chris McNicholas

I have two email accounts running through Outlook 2002. A Freeserve account
which I've had for years and now consists of 70% spam and a new Blueyonder
account. I want to send all outgoing emails via the Blueyonder accoung but
when I click reply it states that it is being sent via the Freeserve
account. Help suggest I set the Blueyonder account as default which I have,
but any replies go via the Freeserve account. Any suggestions?

Regards
Chris

Do you perhaps have the Freeserve account set up as the
default? If so, make the Blueyonder account the default.

If it is still incorrect, do you perhaps have the
Freeserve account entered into the spot for replying to a
different address?

In Outlook Help, search for this: "Have replies to your
messages sent to a different e-mail account"

You can enter the Blueyonder account info per the
following (help text below), or delete whatever is in
there.

You can specify a different account to be used when a
recipient sends a reply to your message. For example, if
you send a message and then go on vacation to visit a
friend, you can tell Microsoft Outlook to send replies to
your message to your friend's account.

On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then
click Next.
In the list, click the e-mail account that you sent the
message from, and then click Change.
Click More Settings, and then, in the Reply E-mail box,
type the e-mail address of the account that you want
replies sent to.

Thanks for the information but I've actually tried all those options. I
have even deleted the Freeserve account profile and still Outlook 2002 sends
the email via the Freeserve account settings.
