Multiple Domain Confusion

I am not new to setting up single Domain's, but when setting up 2 - I have some questions.. I want to thank you in advance for the help.

If I have 3 sites, all connected with T1 lines and Cisco routers
Site A
Site B
Site C

I am setting up a Server @ Site A with Domain: SiteAServer
I am also setting up another server @ Site B with Domain: SiteBServer
Site C will be also logging into SiteBServer.

Everything seems easy till now.

Say, in the long run - I want someone from SiteBServer to login into a SiteAServers share - or even a SiteAServers local computer - is this as easy as making a trust - and allowing that user access to the shared drive? or am I misunderstanding something like I feel I am.

Not totally knowing your network set up I would suggest using "sites"
instead of separate domains.
See:

If by chance you do end up using separate domains, if you add them as child
domains the trust is automatically created for you.
