Multiple document printing issue

I have a machine that used to be able to print multiple documents selected
from explorer when it was running Windows 2000 Pro. I recently upgraded to
XP Pro SP2 and that functionality has stopped. I have other machines that
are able to perform this operation.

What's the problem?
 
Check your "machine" settings to the other machines so they are
setup the same.
 
All of the machines appear to be the same. I have not examined the registry
line-by-line, but I suspect that the solution is in the registry. The issue
here is that I don't have that much time availablt to walk the registry.

Any ideas where this information might be? Perhaps a key to search for?
