Multiple Displays

I have a system that runs 3 monitors It worked just fine with Win 98SE, now that I have upgraded to XP Pro I can't get Windows to use the 2 additional monitors. It will not run the ATI PCI 3d rage pro video cards that are installed. ATI tells me it's a Windows problem. Any Ideas?????
 
When you installed XP what info did you get from the Upgrade Advisor? Any
comments about the Rage card being incompatible? If so, then why did you
continue?
