Multiple delegates making changes to a calendar

Boss A appoints Subordinate X and Subordinate Y as
delegates on her calendar. When Sub-X makes an
appointment or meeting request on the Bosses calendar Sub-
Y doesn't see it until the next time he/she starts
Outlook.

Is there a way that when Sub-X makes a change to the
calendar, Sub-Y gets the change immediately?

THanks.

Turn off Calendar Caching. In Outlook 2000 look
in TOOLS | OPTIONS
Click the CALENDAR OPTIONS... button
Turn off the check mark next to "Always use local
calendar"

Do this for both X and Y. This will force them to
go to the Exchange server for calendar information.
