Multiple Copies of the same email

I am receiving multiple copies of each email that is sent to me but is also
sent as a CC to other people in my comapny. If 4 people are included in the
email, then I receive 4 copies of the email in my inbox.

Why is this happening & how can I prevent it?

Everyone in my company is having the same problem & we are getting really
frustrated.

POP3 or Exchange for the mail server? If POP3, are you sure that you
really have separate and distinct accounts rather than aliases to the
same mailbox?

Ask the e-mail provider. Usually reading their web help pages will
provide a clue.

If you all use the same username/password to connect to the POP server in
the account definition, then the addresses are aliases.
