Multiple copies of emails with attachments

Just started getting multiple copies of some emails with
attachments - and sometimes not receiving those emails at
all.

Hello,

maybe check your Rules. It is one of the most failure, the
rules. Please use only one Rule for each email and the
last rule have to be like " and no more rules after this"
