Multiple Connections

I have three sites. The main site contains a W2K Server
with RAS and 20 ports available with L2TP and PPTP. Each
site can have one user accessing the server at a time and
run an application, see the internet etc. The moment that
a second users from the same site connects I loose VPN
connections to both.

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This doesn't sound like a RRAS problem. Are the clients behind a NAT
router? Some SOHO routers will only allow one VPN connection.
