Multiple Checkboxes

I have a two fold question:

In my document I have worldwide data and the subsequent worksheets are the
continents broken out from that worldwide worksheet.

So first, I want checkboxes for each client (approx 600) and link them to
their corresponding rows. Is there any way that I can do this without going
into the checkbox properties feature and typing in the link, one by one?
I've tried cutting and pasting but it's not working.

My second question is: When this information is inserted onto the
corresponding continents worksheets, will the linkings stay correct and
adjust, as well?

Annie,

I don't know of a way to replicate check boxes linked to individual rows. Consider using an
X or something in a cell instead. It's easy to test with a formula. If you really want to
get fancy, and can work with macros, we can give you a macro that the user can type anything
into the column, such as pressing the space bar, and the cell will get a check mark. Press
it again, and it clears the check mark.

Thank you anyway. That's the way my company wants it, so I guess I have to
do it manually.
