Multiple changes

I have a document that gets updated and printed once a month. A particular
date (month/year) appears numerous times in the document. It's sometmes the
current month/year, sometimes the previous month/year. Is there a way I can
just make the change once...and have all the other fields updated
automatically? The document also contains other information in tables that
is updated manually.

For your purposes, the Document Property method (#4) might work best.
