Multiple Calendars showing up in 2003

I recently installed outlook 2003 along with exchange 2003. I have my users
archiving once a week. When the users look at their Calendar view, and
contacts view, they see anywhere between 1 to 5 differenct calendars. And
not public folders at that. I recently had an issue where a user was
entering calendar data into one of these extra calendars and didn't know why
the info wasn't getting to his blackberry. Is there anything I can check to
make sure that only the calendar attached to thier exchange Mailbox is
viewed?

Hide the Navigation Pane at bottom left. Have users use the Folder List
view. In this view, when users click Calendar, they see only their own
calendar.

Delete the extra calendars in the mailbox and prohibit psts in the profiles
(archiving to a local machine is bad in a business environment).

Only the default calendar is selected when they open Outlook and it's the
one used when they select the New appointment button or receive a meeting
request. if they have psts in their profile, outlook adds the pst calendar
to the list unless the person deletes it (right click, remove from list).

Public folders and other users mailboxes are in the Other calendars lists
and if they select them by mistake, they need some Outlook training.
