Multiple Archive Folders?

In Outlook 2003, every time I do a manual archive, I have another Archive
folder. Is there any way to specify an existing archive folder or name the
folder before the archive process creates it?

Yes. If you are doing a manual archive (and I don't exactly know what steps
you are taking to do it) you can specify which folder is the destination
folder. Slow down and read the screen options - if you are going File |
Archive | the screen that opens has a date "older than" and a destination
folder - change it to the right one.

If you are archiving some other way, come back with your EXACT steps and
we'll see if we can get it right for you.
