Multiple applications docked inside one

Hi,

Does anyone know of such application which can take any application
from system and make it a child window inside its frame?

Example - Notepad doesn't support tabbed interface. So, if you have
multiple Notepad windows open, you can use THE APPLICATION to take
these notepad windows and dock them inside its MDI interface (supposing
its supports tabbed interface inside there for extra user
friendliness).


Does anyone know of any such application? Or does anyone know how to
code such thing? I am not very good at process level of programming,
but given any hint.. can try.
