I am learning to use Powerpoint 2002 and I would like to produce bulleted
lists, each bulleted line of text increasing in font size and changing
colour when clicked with the mouse. With another mouse click the highlighed
bulleted text will revert to its original colour and font size and the next
bulleted line of text will change colour and font size and so on. I am
having trouble working out this is done. Any help will be much appreciated.

Which part of this are you having trouble with?

http://www.echosvoice.com/individualbullets.htm#BulletedTextAnimation and
http://www.echosvoice.com/individualbullets.htm#IndividualBulletedTextAnimation
should get you started on animating individual lines of text. Add emphasis
animations to each to change the color and font size. See
http://www.echosvoice.com/changeanimation.htm#addingvschanging for info on
adding another animation to an object.

When the animations are all added, expand all the contents for all
animations and use the re-order button on the bottom of the task pane to put
the animations in order.
