Multiple access records to a single word document

I have an access query that, depending on what week we are in, will contain
different number of records. I have built a form that displays the data in
the format i require.

I wish to merge all these records to a single word document.

What i am getting at the moment is single records only

Any Ideas?

Hi, PMK.

Duplicate the format in a report, and publish the report to Word. Access
doesn't provide a lot of flexibility with printing forms.

You'll need to build a recordset to pass to a table in the Word doc There is
some code from Ken Getz, written in the Access 2002 Developer's Handbook to
build the table from a recordset. Owning the Developer's Handbook is worth
every penny of it's price even for this snippet of code.
