Which Is The Service that control the matter that i can
comment a multimedia file???

My problem is that in Windows XP i can't comment a video
file, because
the comments (or the complete properties section) of the
multimedia file
is no available, is there but is disable...

I know that this must be some services that i've disable...

Have you unregistered shmedia.dll ?
