Multimedia Audio Controller

I accidentally deleted my multimedia audio controller
from add/remove programs from the control panel. How can
I get a new copy of this so I can finally hear sound on
my computer again.
 
reinstall from the disk that came with computer/soundcard
or
find drivers on the net at manufacturers website and install
peter
