Multimedia Audio Controller

WHen I turn on my computer it wants me to install that driver but i
needs a cd and I dont have one. And without this driver I have n
sound. I have tried updating and everything and I cant get anything t
work. Can someone pelase help me

you can find a driver somewhere on the internet. e.g.
