I have just installed a second modem onto my computer. Now, how am I
supposed to take advantage of Multilink?

Use the options in your network settings and make sure your ISP supports it.
Right click the connection, it's in there... It's easy and my old ISP used
to but now they don't. Few ISPs actually support it.
