Multibooting XP and RH Linux

We have a lab that is primarliy used as an XP lab.
It multiboots to RH Linux.
To do this we use RH Linux bootmastering (Lilo I think).
That means that we are dependant upon the Linux IT people.
If the booting fails its a linux not windows problem to fix.

Can we change to a windows multiboot with linux as an option.

PS I have tried to convince thme to use VMware or Virtual PC witha a linux image, to no avail.

AFAIK, WinXP can't handle Linux partitions. I recommend
you use XOSL. It has a very nice interface, it will handle
just about any OS you can throw at it, and it's free! Try it
out on a test machine before going for the real thing.
