multible horizontal lines on monitor

I have these mutible horizontal lines that come and go on my screen, they are
scattered around and seem to follow the cursor most of the time. then there
are days when all is well ,any help would be great
 
Sounds like your Mouse is biting the dust. Buy another one or
try a friends to see if it works better.
