Multi-value fields and Queries

In Access 07 I'm no longer able to use an Append Query to consolidate 9
Linked Tables. One of the fields in the Linked Tables is now considered a
multi-value field and does not work with Append Queries. (In the past using
Access 03 this was not a problem.)

1) Is there a work-around to consolidate the 9 Linked Tables into one Table?
2) If not, what are the alternatives to be able to use this data.

Access03 didn't have multi value fields in tables did it?

I think you've answered your own question; redesign so there are not
multi-value fields in a table...they are never mandatory; one can design a
method to not have them...
