Multi user (XP-SP2) shell folder warnings

XP Prof - SP2, two different users (both Admins), no domain, private and
redirected My Documents folders

Second user gets pop-up "default shell folder". This is because My Douments
is changed to second user. Allow will NOT add the My Documents folder of the
second user to the allowed list "User Shell Folders" (real time protection -
system agent). As a result second user is always presented with a pop-up
warning.

Is this a valid config?
 
AntiSpyware has known issues with multiple users. Is this happening in a
limited account?

Both accounts are Admin accounts. The issue is that both account have
User Shell Folders (aka My Documents).
