multi user problem

1-I have a database in shared folder and the users have “full permission†in
both.
2-I have a form and when the form is opened by one user then other users can
not open this form.

Help me please.

First I suggest splitting the database so the forms are on each users
machine along with the queries reports and any static data tables.

I am not at all sure about this, but I would also makes sure no users is
opening up the database in exclusive mode, make sure they are all using
shared mode.

What's that about Irish math below???

There are 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland as England divided it
80 years ago. There are 6 counties in North Ireland. Together I hope that
some day they will form one island, one country in justice, peace and
prosperity.
