Multi user computer online access problems

I have just recently added a computer to our home network...this computer has
XP pro so there are users. I installed the MSN software and the wireless
hardware while under my own sign on (administrator) and now my daughter can
not access either of these...it's like it doesn't exist for her.

It's likely that the progams are there, just the shortcuts are missing.

You can test this by launching the programs directly. Right-click your
shortcut and select 'properties' to see where the file actually is. Now
launch it directly from explorer under her account.

Best way to solve this is to transfer your shortcuts into the same place
within the "All Users" profile.

The programs are in the "all users" folder and the icons are on the desktop.
When my daughter clicks on the MSN icon, it starts the installation wizard
but it doesn't move past the beginning and if you cancel out it takes you
right back to the beginning of the installation wizard.
