Multi Processor in XP?

Hi - A friend of mine is pruchasing a dual XEON system with HT. Will XP Pro
support this? Will the system see it as a 4 processor system? (2 real procs,
2 HT)?

Windows XP Pro will recognize and support two (2) physical processors.
With hyper-threading enabled, it will show four (4) in Device
Manager.
