Is there any way to have one account accessable from multiple computers
running XP? If so what are the steps for making an account accessable from
both computers?

If by saying "one account accessible by all machines," you mean having
someone sign on to Machine B and C and getting the same personalized settings
and documents as on Machine A, the answer is NO.

To be able to log on to any machine on a network and get the same user
settings, documents, etc., you must have a server running Windows Server 2003
(or 2000 Server), client computers running 2000/XP Professional, and the lot
connected via a Domain network.
