Our firm is currently upgrading to Access 2007 so half the office is
utilizing 2003 and half utilize 2007. This had my life a little messy. I
realize that you would put a front end on each user's station, but this is
problematic. We utilize a different database for each project in office. So
an end user could have up 10 front end databases. Is there a problem with
creating a front end in both 2003 & 2007 and have that linked to the 2003
back end. Each user type will log on to the respective front end and access
the 2003 back end on the network. Does this seem like a good solution or
does anyone have any thoughts on how to make this process run smoother?
