I have users who would like to use windows in a spanish mode and other in an
english mode. Is there a way to change the windows setting that can change
environment to english or spanish? Is there an add on. I know I can purchase
windows in spanish however it won't allow the english. I would like to
bounce from the two languages.

The Windows Multilanguage UI Pack is only available for installation on
Windows XP Pro English edition, and more restrictively is only available
to those with certain corporate/volume licenses. The same applies for
the Office MUI Pack.
