MUI Packs for XP pro

How do I install the MUI pack for XP Pro? I have bought a laptop with XP
Professional and I was informed I can change the language with MUI pack.
 
Hi,

Check with your corporate IT department. The MUI pack is only available with
a volume license, it is not available to the home user.
