Well, you can double-click the Language setting on the status bar and set it
to the desired language. Or, you can choose Detect Language Automatically,
start typing, and wait for Word to figure out which language you're using.
(Tools - Language - Set Language works as well).
You can also change languages (and keyboard settings) using the Language
toolbar, which usually is visible on the Windows taskbar (EN for English and
ES for Spanish).
