Am not sure if my first post went through... sorry for repeating if it did. A
bunch of MSys started appearing on the database...what are these and what
would happen if I remove it?

Go to Options | View, and unselect System Objects.
You can't delete most of these objects, and those you can you don't want to.

Follow up... to be specific: Tables named MSysObjects, MSysACEs, MSysyQueries
etc..started appearing on my Access databases, I dont know what exactly I did
earlier that made it appear, my question is what are these and how do i
remove it.
Thanks in advance.

These are Access system objects, and they are necessary for your database to
function. If you removed them you would essentially lose your database! To
make them not appear in the database window, go Tools > Options, select the
View tab and uncheck the box next to System Objects.
