MSXML3.DLL is "missing."

The admin's account is free of flaws. But when I go to the other 3 accounts,
they seem to have some issues. I attempt to go to certain websites and play
certain games and I receive a message "Do you wish to debug?" By clicking
yes, I am directed to debug with Microsoft Script editor. I click okay and it
said that MSXML3.DLL could not be found. I did a search at it is on this
computer. Hopefully someone can help.

If you are running some version of Internet Explorer and do not wish
to be offered to debug those certain games on those certain websites,
see if this applies to your situation:

If this relieves your issue, the problem is in the page/game so those
folks may want to know about it (or maybe they don't).

Of course, you could download the necessary things to do the debugging
for them.
