How do I uninstall Microsoft Virtual Machine?

The old Microsoft Virtual Machine is no longer available
nor supported by Microsoft. It is considered "obsolete".
You should download the Java software, available
free, from Sun Microsystems:

Yes, you can have them both installed at the same time, quite happily. You
can toggle between them via the Java(Sun) section on the Advanced tab of
Internet Explorer's 'Tools>Internet Options '.
