This could be tricky if its not booting up.
But if you have another computer you can find most .DLL's
just by Google searching their name. if you can get one
and put it on a floppy, you might be able to boot into
the recovery console and transfer the file from the
floppy to the folder its meant to be in. Im sorry I dont
know how to do this but I have found out how to do
similar things just by searching for keywords or
tutorials on XP command prompts.
