When I try to open Ebay's "Turbo Lister" program, I get
the following while it is opening: "Turbo Lister has
encountered a problem and must close". The error
signature is:

AppName: tl.exe AppVer: 2.3.1.0 ModName: msvcr70.dll
ModVer: 7.0.9466.0 Offset: 000013d6

Anyone able to help me get around this problem or know
what the problem is? Ebay has told me to uninstall and
reinstall the Turbo Lister program, which I've done with
the same results about 10 times. Or does anyone know how
I can contact Microsoft in order to get their support?

Try getting that file and replacing it with a good one.

You can get it from here.I had the same problem did a
google search for it and downloaded the file,replacing
the one I had.
