I have an application which requires this dll. Is there any way to run it on
Vista?
 
Get it here. Put it in the folder of the program that needs the file.

I have a few different version of this dll used with different operating
systems. If the application is looking for the file in system32, will there
be a problem?

An application will usually look first in the application folder. If it
doesn't find what it needs there it will look in the Windows folders. It
usually works for me. You need the correct version of the run time library
for the program in question. As you know, there are a few.
