Hi,

I've tried downloading MSUM for OSX 10.1 or greater. I get an error at
the installation stage: "the preinstall script was either not
executable or not readable".

I've tried downloading again with no success.

Any thoughts?

I have been trying to get it to install on a 10.4.2 machine and it never
completes, just stops and says to try again. I figured it was because I am
running 10.4 but I was hoping someone else might know. Any suggestions?
