mstask / task manager attempting to access internet ?

I think the original intention was to contact other users on
a network but I have no evidence to support this. What I do,
is to block incoming TCP packets to it (so it can't establish
a connection) in my firewall. I do the same with SVCHOST
and SYSTEM.
