Hi,
I recently installed Bisiness Contact Manager for Outlook
2003 and noticed that I get the following warning message
in Event Viewer/Applications:
The description for Event ID ( 19011 ) in Source (
MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM ) cannot be found. The local computer
may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to
retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event:
(SpnRegister) : Error 1355.
The only relevant information I found so far is a KB
article from Microsoft (828246,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-
US;828246) that says I should install the Microsoft File
and Printer sharing protocol. Unfortunately the protocol
is already installed and I keep on receiving the message.
Maybe there is something wrong with permissions? Since
everything seems to be working fine I wold like to know
if this message is important or I should be able to
neglect it. Also, I would appreciate if anyone could
illuminate me on its meaning... Many thanks
