MSOffice 2003, I want a template for listing names, addesses,etc.

I want to list Building Captains names,last and first, addresses, phone
numbers, emails,etc. Is there a template for this?

No... modify a contacts database, add a blockname or something... then
create a report with a wizard and group by Blockname and you should be
good to go
 
The answer I received was great. What I wanted is not readily available, but
"pietlinden" gave a complete answer and explained how to accomplish my task.
